BLUE MATCHA Powder Tea Spice King ® , Thai blue tea. Latin name: Clitoria ternatea How To Use: Blue Matcha is the original powder from ground flowers of Anchan or Asian pigeonwings, a Butterfly pea, a Darwin pea, a Shameful flower of Clitoria ternatea, which is grown in Thailand, has a light aroma, an astringent flowery-herbal taste and is used for cooking blue rice side dishes (nasi kerabu – in Malay and khao yam – in Thai cuisines), blue drinks ( nam dok anchan tea and gin) and desserts. Brew 2 g (1/2 tsp) per 30-50 ml of water up to 80°С and beat into a foam. Lemon will change its color to purple, saffron – to green! Packing sizes 60 grams (2.11 oz)  net weight - 1x196ml GLASS jar.
